Professional Activity

He has more than 20 years of experience in private equity operations, mergers, acquisitions and the taking of stakes in national and international companies, holding the position of Secretary of different Boards of Directors. He is also an expert in civil, property and commercial contracts, succession planning and civil, commercial and arbitration proceedings.

He began his professional career in Bufete Castilla in 1993 and from 1998 to 2015 he was a partner in its Commercial, Procedural and Contractual Area.

In 2015 he joined CHR Legal as Managing Partner of the Civil Area, remaining until December 2019.

Since January 2020 he has been the Managing Partner of the firm and in charge of the Commercial, Civil and Procedural areas.

Academic Training

Degree in Law from the University of Barcelona.

Course in Tax Consultancy and Management from ESADE Business School Law Faculty.

Academic work

Lecturer in Commercial Law on ISDE’s Full-Time MBA.
