Member of the Barcelona Bar (ICAB) since 1964.

Professional Activity

From 1964, he worked for Crédito y Caución as a lawyer, where he was responsible for the Bankruptcy and Quantity Claims area. At the same time he taught Procedural Law at the University of Barcelona. In 1990 he founded his own law firm where he mainly focused his activity on Bankruptcy Law, quantity claims and liability of administrators. Since 2010 he has been collaborating with the firm in the area of Bankruptcy and Commercial Law.

Academic Career

Since 1992, he has been a professor of ‘Bankruptcy Law’ at the ICAB School of Legal Practice. Receiver and member of creditors’ committees in suspension of payments and bankruptcy proceedings. Several talks and lectures on Bankruptcy Law.

Member of the ICAB Bankruptcy Law Culture Commission.

Lecturer on the Bankruptcy Administration Training Course.

Lecturer on ICAB’s Master’s Degree in Bankruptcy Law.

Academic Training

Degree in Law from the University of Barcelona. Seminars on ‘Tax Studies’, ‘Sales by Instalments’, ‘Balance Sheet Analysis’ and Course on ‘Bankruptcy Law’ from ESADE. Courses ‘International Aspects of the Company in Crisis’ from ICAB.
