Professional Activity

Specialising in criminal law since the beginning of her professional career, she has worked for large criminal law firms such as MARTÍNEZ DE DALMASES & ARDERIU ADVOCATS, MARTELL ABOGADOS i BELMONTE ABOGADOS PENALISTAS.

In 2017, she and Daniel Martín founded their own firm, called MARTÍN & AMORÓS, ABOGADOS PENALISTAS, joining the criminal law area of BUFETE CASTILLA.

She combines her professional career with her academic work, and she is a lecturer for the degree in Criminology at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC), and lecturer for the degree in Law at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya (UIC).

She has written several legal articles and translated others from English into Spanish. She collaborates with the ISDE Institute in this area, where she has participated in the preparation of BIG DATA ISDE, a compilation of legal issues in the field of criminal law.

Academic training

Degree in Law from the Universidad Pompeu Fabra, and in Criminology from the Universidad Internacional de Catalunya.

Master’s degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences from the University of Barcelona and the Universidad Pompeu Fabra.

Master in International Criminal Law: ‘LLM in International Crime and Justice’ from the United Nations Centre UNICRI and the University of Turin (Italy), qualified to practice in the field of international criminal law.

She has specialised, through the courses of the Barcelona Bar Association, in Juvenile Criminal Jurisdiction, Gender Violence and Prison Law.
